About Blossoms Clubs

Our Story

Blossoms has proudly supported children and families within our community for many years, building a trusted reputation for providing high-quality childcare where every child is encouraged to flourish.

Our philosophy is simple Children deserve a safe environment where they feel happy, respected, inspired and confident to be themselves.

Every experience we provide is carefully designed to support children’s emotional wellbeing, independence, creativity and social development.

Blossoms Clubs extends this commitment beyond the nursery day, providing wraparound care and holiday provision for school-aged children in a smaller, welcoming environment.

We understand that children need different things outside school hours. Some need time to relax, some want to burn off energy, while others want to create, build, imagine or simply spend time with friends.

Safety Comes First

Outings and walks are carefully managed so children can explore their community safely and confidently.

Every child is registered before leaving and again on return so all children are accounted for.

Children wear high-visibility vests so they can be easily identified by staff and members of the public.

Children walk safely using our Walkodile, with staff-to-child ratios maintained at all times.

A fully stocked first aid bag, emergency contact details and nursery mobile phone are taken on every outing.

Outings are led by trained staff and paediatric first aid qualified practitioners.

Children are taught road safety, hazard awareness and how to stop, look, listen and think before crossing roads.

Risk assessments are completed and regularly reviewed for regular routes and outings.

Useful Information

Booking Terms & Conditions

Clear and simple information about bookings, attendance, payments and changes to your child's place at Blossoms Clubs.

Our commitment to families. We aim to provide a reliable, high-quality service while maintaining appropriate staffing levels, statutory adult-to-child ratios and consistent care for every child.
01 Children's Information

If there are any changes at home for your child, such as living arrangements, class moves, medical or personal documentation, collection arrangements, parental responsibility, allergies or health matters, please inform our nursery management team so records can be kept up to date.

02 Attendance

If your child is unable to attend a booked session due to illness, holiday, school events or any other reason, please inform the club as soon as possible.

As your child's place, staffing and resources have already been allocated, all booked sessions remain chargeable regardless of attendance. Refunds, credits or swap days cannot be offered for non-attendance.

03 Changes to Your Booking Pattern

Requests to reduce or change your regular booking pattern must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and confirmation by Blossoms Clubs.

A minimum of 4 weeks' written notice is required before any change to contracted sessions can take effect. Sessions booked during the notice period remain payable.

04 Cancelling Your Place

If you no longer require a place at Blossoms Clubs, we require 4 weeks' written notice by email or letter.

Your child's place remains active during the notice period and all booked sessions will continue to be charged whether attended or not. After the notice period has ended, the place will be cancelled.

05 Ad Hoc Bookings

Additional sessions may be requested on an ad hoc basis and are subject to availability, staffing levels and required adult-to-child ratios.

Ad hoc sessions are only confirmed once approved by Blossoms Clubs.

06 Payment of Fees

Fees are payable in accordance with your invoice or agreed payment schedule.

We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw childcare where fees remain unpaid after reasonable reminders have been issued. Outstanding childcare fees may be recovered through our debt recovery process where necessary.

07 Late Collection

Children must be collected by the end of their booked session. If you are delayed, please contact the club immediately.

Late collection charges may apply where collection is after the agreed session end time. Persistent late collection may result in a review of your child's place, as staffing ratios and the welfare of all children must be maintained.

08 Waiting Lists

Where sessions become fully booked, children will be placed on a waiting list. Places are offered as they become available and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

09 Exceptional Circumstances

We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Where exceptional situations occur, these will be considered at the discretion of Blossoms Community Nursery Ltd.

Any decision to waive fees or amend these terms will be made on an individual basis and should not be regarded as setting a precedent for future bookings.
